MIAMS
£120 inc VAT (C100 and Form A – £50 inc VAT if required)

Joint Mediation Session
Consultant Mediator
1.5hrs £234 per person inc VAT
Practice Consultant/Director
£255 per person inc VAT

LEGAL AID
Where one person is on a low income or Universal credit then Legal Aid may be available, and this will fund both parties MIAM’s and the first joint Mediation session.

Voucher Scheme
If there is any child element to your situation then we are able to apply for a Government Voucher for £500 inc vat shared between you
