We are passionate about family mediation and committed to delivering independent, high-quality support to individuals navigating challenging times after separation or divorce.
Our vision is to support and enable as many separated families as possible to reduce conflict and resolve their disputes by helping to build understanding to achieve a solution that work best for everyone involved, and hopefully improve communication between them.
Our team of qualified Family Mediators are all registered with the FMC showing they meet the highest quality standards nationally for Family Mediators. We bring extensive knowledge and experience in addressing complex disputes both financial and child arrangements issues.
We strive to offer an inclusive and affordable resolution service to everyone involved in family breakdown.

How much does mediation cost?

MIAMS
£120 inc VAT (C100 and Form A – £50 inc VAT if required)

Joint Mediation Session
Consultant Mediator
1.5hrs £234 per person inc VAT
Practice Consultant/Director
£255 per person inc VAT

LEGAL AID
Where one person is on a low income or Universal credit then Legal Aid may be available, and this will fund both parties MIAM’s and the first joint Mediation session.

Voucher Scheme
If there is any child element to your situation then we are able to apply for a Government Voucher for £500 inc vat shared between you
